Our chilled ramen features a refreshing, cold soup made with a soy sauce base infused with the rich aroma of dried bonito flakes and umami-packed dashi, creating a refined Japanese-style flavor.
The noodles are our original, house-made variety—firm, chewy, and smooth, reminiscent of the Fujieda-style morning ramen.
You can choose from a variety of set meals, including the rich and spicy version with our special chili sauce, or the chilled tantanmen with a punch of sesame flavor, creamy shibama-jang (sesame paste), and authentic spicy ra-yu oil.
